1. Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. The Site does not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you voluntarily provide it. Additionally, if you apply for a loan on the Site, we require that you complete an application and provide certain personally identifiable information. This information is necessary to both process your application and to contact you. All online applications are encrypted to maintain the security of your information.

The use of all personal information collected is governed by the policies described in the Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Site.
