Rockhaven Cabin Rentals

General information

This farm has been in my husband's (Nate Powell) family for many generations. We are fortunate and blessed to be able to live on this beautiful property. In 2000 we decided to build our first little vacation cottage, business was good and in no time we were booked full and turning people away...so in 2006 we added the second rental; Uncle Pete's Cabin. The cabin has a waiting list and is already booked for most of next year. We've met wonderful people from all over the world, and continue to meet more and more. Our property was chosen to be in several scenes in the current Josh Turner video, "Find Me A Baby." You can see our pond, Pop's old barn, the pastures and horses grazing across the fence. Nate and I have a couple of small parts in the video, too. We take care of everything ourselves. The bookings, emails, and phone calls keep me busy, while Nate is either repairing, maintaining or replacing things when he's not mowing the 6 acres.
