Synergy Holistic Wellness Spa, centrally located in Murfreesboro, TN (just south of Nashville), offers one of the most diverse and experienced groups of wellness practitioners in the middle-Tennessee area. We provide a range of modalities that includes acupuncture, Swedish massage, acupressure, reflexology, detoxification therapy and nutritional counseling as well as a long list of other therapies.

We believe that when disrupted through stress, pain and the challenges of daily life, the life force (the chi or qi) is in need of a rebalancing, a restored synergy of body, mind and spirit. The therapies practiced by Synergy Wellness Spa are designed to create this rebalance or synergy.
