Valeo / Training is a customized fitness training gym and exists to help you find and fine-tune your inner athlete. We specialize in functional strength training for sport and everyday life to increase fitness, fat loss, and establish healthier movement patterns. {And to have fun, too}.
Our trainers hold the top certifications in the field and tailor each program to meet your needs. We're all about exercising effectively, nourishing the body, and enjoying life.
