General information

We understand with the recent events many of our customers have quite a few questions. Please read if there's something we haven't covered email [email protected]. This will help out everyone tremendously as we want to give our customers the attention you deserve.

1. WE are a build to order shop and have been on back order most of the year.
2. We are currently filling orders as fast as possible; currently we are 5 to 10 days behind on in stock items. We have many orders out and receive new product every day.
3. ANY NEW ORDERS FOR BOLT CARRIER GROUPS, MAGS, RIFLES, LOWERS AND UPPERS are 30 to 90 days out….
4. “AWAITING PAYMENT” means we have not billed your credit card…We only bill when we ship…This leaves your options open if you are able to locate product…No cancel or re-stocking fee.
5. Please do not call and leave several messages. If you call or email please allow EXTRA time for a response as we are inundated with calls and emails right now. We are receiving 2 to 3 calls a minute during normal business hours, (Voice-Mail fills up fast)
6. Customer Service is important to us, but under the current conditions it is very difficult to meet our standard, for this we apologize…
7. We do not know what or if a Ban is going to happen. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL AND STATE REPRESENTATIVES TO GIVE YOUR VOICE ON THE MATTER.
