We have been honored to serve the community of Charlotte, NC with our home in the beautiful South Park area for over fourteen years.
Our mission is to provide excellent service in all our offerings and business practices and to provide a safe environment that affirms self worth, general wellness and health and fitness.
Come visit our boutique-style studio and experience a safe and caring environment with exceptional instruction that encourages, motivates and promotes the Art of Smart Movement®.
We focus on promoting functional movement and a whole-body workout through the Authentic Classical Pilates Method of Contrology, and the GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® methodology. We also offer bodywork in AIS (Active Isolated Stretching: The Mattes Method).
Our attention is to private, semi private and small group Pilates and GYROTONIC® equipment sessions. In addition we offer group classes in the Pilates Mat and Core Barre.
We welcome post rehab clients, elite athletes and everyone in between to experience intelligent and Smart Movement® through effective and mindful exercise.
We take the time to invest in an approach that values both individual achievement, well-being and optimal physical fitness.
