Five Points Eye Care Center is the best place in the Athens area to keep your eyes healthy while also helping you achieve the finest possible vision. We offer specialized eye care for people who have lost vision from eye diseases (our low vision rehabilitation clinic), children with vision and visual processing problems (our vision therapy and pediatric clinic) and patients with challenging contact lens or glasses needs.

Our doctors, Dr. Jon Forche', O.D., F.A.A.O., Dr. Nadine Forche', O.D., M.S., F.A.A.O. and Dr. Meg Brya, O.D., F.C.O.V.D. provide quality, experienced eye care. Drs. Jon and Nadine Forche' are the only residency-trained optometrists in the Athens area and all doctors are Fellows. Drs. Jon and Nadine Forche' are Fellows of the American Academy of Optometry and Dr. Meg Brya is a Fellow of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. They are also all Diplomates of the American Board of Optometry.

Our highly trained licensed opticians give personalized, knowledgeable service for all of your eyewear needs, providing a wide selection of frames and specialty lenses including children's eyewear, industrial safety, designer frames and sunglasses, computer specific lenses and many more.

We have friendly clinic and business office staff members that make every effort to provide a comfortable environment for every patient in our office.
