I had Giovacchini Construction do a few repair jobs, both small and not so small, at my home in Petaluma. In all cases the work was done professionally and well. My jobs included replacing a small section of subflooring, reposting and re-hanging a backyard fence and painting my house, both interior and exterior. Our largest job involved mitigation of dry rot in some of the house's sheeting and framing due to improper window installation many years ago. This job required the demolition and replacement of a bathroom shower wall in order to access the rotted framing. In all phases of the work from demolition to reconstruction, carpentry, tiling, and painting the work was done quickly, professionally, cleanly. Vince and his crews were always on time, always did what they said they were going to, and always kept the job site meticulously clean. Most importantly the jobs were always done right.
