SD&D's success tracks to three priorities. First, we understand the importance of excellent customer service and are committed to making the happiest customers in our industry. Second, we are a start-up and learning as we go. The percentage of small business that are successful for longer than 5 years is minuscule, and we are growing by over 100% annually. And finally, we have very qualifications for our employees, we keep to keep is simple: hard work, positive energy and consistantly accurate designs.
The 2 founders, Katie and John Knueppel, decided how important culture is when starting
SD&D. We are located in downtown Petaluma and want to continue with the relaxed and
charming Sonoma County energy. There is no dress code, employees can work from home
anytime, we do not track time off and we enjoy the occasional happy hour cocktail. Our culture
is fastpaced, passionate and fun. We have a “no drama” environment. Our employees describe
SD&D as a dream job with an incredibly supportive CEO and an absolutely fun and casual work
environment.
