The Ruppert Detective Agency LLP, was originally founded in 1979 by Wayne L Ruppert. After Wayne's passing, his wife Gail Ruppert ran the company. In August of 2015, David Sterner came on board as the Chief Operations Officer. Dave is a retired police chief. His mission with the agency is to promote growth and expansion. There are now two separate divisions to the agency. There is a Guard and Post division and the Investigative division. Since coming on board, Dave has hired a retired Baltimore City homicide detective as well as retired officers from local departments to perform investigations and other services. The agency has both short and long term goals which revolve around professional service and growth.
