Ruth Grimes, Certified Hypnotist, and IET® Master-Instructor and Practitioner:
Owning and practicing in a successful Massage Therapy business for 24 years has been an honor and a privilege. With over 450 hours of continuing education classroom training and more than 7,000 hours of hands-on experience, for the last 11 years (along with other modalities), I have been practicing IET®. Having sold the massage practice, I feel it is my “calling” to focus on energy work as it has facilitated some extraordinary results. INTEGRATED ENERGY THERAPY® (IET):
As cells of the brain remember facts, cells of the body remember feelings and sensations. Various parts of the body tend to store (or suppress) different feelings and emotions often resulting in discomfort or pain.

Performed through the clothing with the client lying on their back, this is a hands-on energy therapy session from the head to the feet. A session lasts about an hour. Similar to Reiki in technique, IET utilizes angelic energy frequency.

Each human emotion is correlated to a specific physical region of the body. The aim is to remove negative imprinted emotions through the four human energy fields (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers) and replace them with corresponding positive emotions. Designed to get the “issues out of the tissues” and remove “traumas without drama”, IET helps you to safely and gently release limiting energy patterns from your past, empower and balance your life in the present, and embody your full potential as you move into your future.

Hypnosis and Ultra-Height® Hypnosis:
Hypnosis is the by-pass of the Critical Factor of the Conscious Mind and the establishment of acceptable selective thinking. Simply put, it's "Focused Attention". Come with the mental attitude of "I like that suggestion. I know it's going to work for me!" Some common Positive Change Possibilities found through Hypnosis are; Anger Management, Self Confidence, Coping with Loss, Fears and Phobias, Grief, Habits and Disorders, Health, Pain Management, Performance Enhancement, Self-Hypnosis Meditation, Sleep Improvement, Smoking Cessation, and Weight Loss/Gain. Ultra-Height® Hypnosis is an exciting new method of accessing the client’s ability to discover the cause of his problem and reveal to himself exactly what is necessary for the client to become free and for the client to accelerate the healing process. Ultra-Height® Hypnosis involves first guiding the client as deep as possible into hypnosis. Then the hypnotist guides and directs the body to continue to relax deeper, as he guides the client's mind to rise higher. The client's mind is directed to rise well above the level of higher self and higher consciousness into a newly discovered level labeled Ultra-Height®. Although all the characteristics and abilities of this extremely high level of trance are still being discovered, there is no doubt that it is a new exciting level of high hypnosis that could lead to a major new therapeutic breakthrough and direction in our work!

EAST INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE (CHAMPISSAGE):
Massage of upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. Seated in a regular chair, performed through the clothing, it is designed to balance the body's subtle energy systems. Stimulating circulation of the scalp, helping relieve tension and fatigue (Hair need to be left loose to allow freedom of movement).
1/2 hour = $45

LYMPH DRAINAGE THERAPY:
Laying face up on the table using a very light pressure, manual moves assist in re-circulating the flow of lymph throughout the body. This helps to reduce swelling and inflammation associated with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, allergies, adiposis, cellulite etc. The detoxification of the body provides relief from chronic pain, reduces edemas, stimulates the immune system thereby relieving such conditions as sinusitis, acne, eczema and allergies.

Reconnective Healing®:
The universe has expanded into new healing frequencies. Some of them, like the frequency used in Reconnective Healing, reconnect people to their original fullness as human beings. It aids in restoring a more complete connection to the Universe, an essential connection lost to humanity since ancient prehistory. It reconnects us to the fullness of who we are, and allows for healings that are not just physical, mental, or emotional, but go beyond that to bring us healing that includes the evolution of our very being and essence. Your interaction with these frequencies is initiated during your session with a practitioner and continues to work with you long after.

The Reconnection®:
Originally the meridian lines (sometimes called acupuncture lines) on our bodies were connected to the grid lines that encircle the planet and cross at acknowledged power places such as Machu Picchu and Sedona. These grid lines were designed to continue out and connect us to a vastly larger grid, tying us into the entire universe.

Each of our bodies contains its own set of energetic lines and points and, although only remnants of what they once were, these lines and points continue to serve as our interface with the universe.
