Southland Engineering Inc. (SEI) is a Professional Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Land Planning Services Company established in 1998. Based in Cartersville, Georgia, SEI offers a broad range of engineering, land surveying, and land planning services to public and private clients throughout North Georgia. SEI has steadily grown in size to meet the increasing demand of the rapidly growing North Georgia area. The firm's growth and success is due in large part to our quality people, excellent client service, extensive local knowledge, and adherence to the principles of responsible land use planning.

During the firm’s consulting history Southland Engineering, Inc. has collected and maintains a comprehensive library of resource data relevant to the North Georgia area. Whether participating in the lead or support role, Southland Engineering’s mission is to identify and assist Clients in bringing a project to realization while maintaining schedules, deadlines, and budgets. Our staff has acquired an in-depth knowledge and understanding of local regulations and procedures.
