New Horizons Mental Health, Primary Care and Substance Abuse is the most comprehensive mental health provider in the region, with 8 facilities serving 11,000 children and adults annually, regardless of their ability to pay.

New Horizons is HIPAA compliant and totally committed to individuals' personal protected health information. Anyone posting on this page, please be mindful of HIPAA's 18 Identifiers:
