GeoTel’s highly developed databases encompass 2.6 million miles of carrier fiber optic routes; more than 440,000 cell towers and rooftop sites; and over 2.6 million fiber lit buildings, data centers, and central offices across more than 7,200 U.S. cities. The level of detail and information contained within our maps is unrivaled in the industry. Our maps go further than just showing a metro network path or long-haul network. With more than 475 telecom carriers in the U.S., GeoTel’s fiber optic maps designate individual telecom carriers with several distinct attributes. New and existing businesses can use GeoTel’s fiber lit buildings dataset to locate buildings with fiber connections and to determine which carriers service those buildings.

GeoTel routinely updates its datasets, which provides reassurance to companies who need reliable data. With our datasets, users can locate lit, dark, metro or long haul fiber quickly and efficiently. Our products are both feature and attribute rich, making it simple to determine a variety of scenarios.
