Porchlight VNA/Home Care has over 100 years of providing compassionate, patient-centered care using state-of-the-art technology. With offices located in Lee, Pittsfield and Chicopee, its services cover all of Berkshire, Hampden and Hampshire Counties.

Porchlight is a unique, comprehensive resource for all home health needs, including: skilled nursing; therapies; 24-hour care; live-in care; maternal/child health; and social work. Specialty programs offered include: nurse practitioners; telemonitoring; and disease management and joint replacement protocols.

As a free-standing non-profit, it serves as the board of health for several towns and regularly conducts community education and engagement programs.

Porchlight has several five star ratings by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), HomeCare Elite Awards of Excellence, and Massachusetts Department of Public Health deficiency-free surveys demonstrating a commitment to quality and safety.
