Perfectly curated pieces of vintage clothing specializing in the 1950s & 1960s, but we carry every era of vintage for men and women. Custom painted vintage furniture with funky new fabrics, re-purposed into something beautiful and new again!
Established in 2012.
Retro Betty opened September of 2012. Located in the neighborhood of Canyon Rim in East Millcreek of Salt Lake City on 2300 East 2821 South.

I have always had a love for funky vintage things and just love ma and pa shops. And this girl LOVES to shop! Growing up in the south, I would always go with my mom to all the flea markets and cutesy boutiques to see what we could find. Sometimes we would come home with milk glass dishes, rocking chairs for the porch, or even a mantel from an old tobacco plantation. (which is in the store today) As I got older I would call up my mom and say "let's go junkin" and she was always on board! I would buy old pieces of furniture, old hymn books, jars of buttons, and basically anything I thought I could take home and make something beautiful again. Re-purposing was my new passion! I dreamed of owning my own store to sell my creations and bring Utah the things I love.
Retro Betty is a mix of all the things I love. From new trendy clothing to new retro clothing, vintage furs and clothing, painted furniture, vintage dishes mixed with new kitchen gadgets for everyone, unique quirky gifts, handmade cards, and much much more!
