General information

I love boating, so when I was offered a job in the industry near the coast I was excited to make the move to pursue my dreams. I purchased a new home in the area, and I fell in love with it when touring it. However, once I moved in, I started feeling a little claustrophobic in it. I realized that I had grown so used to homes with open floor plans that living in a home with so many walls just wasn't comfortable for me. While I am a handy guy, I decided to hire professionals to renovate my home to make it feel more open. They did a great job, and I no longer feel cramped in my own home! I watched them a lot and learned a lot of building tips during the process that I would like to share on my new blog!
