General information

Crossfit East Oahu, or CFEO, opened on February 28, 2011 in the Niu Valley Shopping Center and is owned and operated by Keoni and Rose Subiono. CFEO is a community of like-minded individuals who are all in pursuit of one thing: excellence in everything we do.

That excellence extends to the four pillars of our Box: Community, TRANSFORM, Competition, and Staff. We take pride in the inclusiveness our membership fosters, the amazing physical and mental TRANSFORMations that our members have undergone, the level of competitiveness our CFEO teams have achieved, and the passion and experience of our coaches and staff.
