The ice museum seeks to preserve and display over 5,000 items used in the cutting, harvesting, storing, selling and use of natural ice as used by the ice industry of years ago. From old ice picks to horse drawn ice wagons those who visit experience real history brought to life. Located in downtown Port Huron the ice museum boasts over 10,000 square feet and is one of the only museums that depicts the huge ice harvesting industry during the late 1800s and early 1900s.
