"I have been getting my hair cut by Billy for about 7 years. I had searched high and low for a great cut. A friend told me about Billy, and I never looked back. Billy gives the best cut's. I don't event know how he does it. In May of this year, my band signed a record deal and needed cuts for a photo shoot. Billy took four pretty ugly guys ;) and made us look like rock stars.
