In consideration of your problems, treatment will be tailored to your individual needs. I practice Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) which is the only psychotherapy that is scientifically supported by more than 30 years of research demonstrating its effectiveness. It is a time-limited, empirically supported treatment for a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, stress, worry, and relationship conflicts.
