John received a BS in Business Administration from California State University of Chico in 1984. From 1984 to 1988 – John was the Operations Manager for Prudential Securities in Carmel, CA. John received his Real Estate sales license in 1999. Previous to his career in Real Estate Sales, John was an owner operator of a home inspection business servicing the Greater Monterey Bay and South Santa Clara areas. He has personally conducted and produced over 12,000 home inspection reports – covering reportable items from the foundation to the roof. John is very active and enjoys taking his dirt bike to Hollister Hills, playing tennis, and exploring the world!

Renee received a BS in Business Administration from The University of Arizona in 1986 with a Triple Major in Accounting, Finance and Real Estate. While working as a personal banking officer for Wells Fargo Bank – Renee received her Real Estate Broker's License in 1987 and entered the Real Estate Industry in 1990. With almost 30 years of sales experience and extensive contractual knowledge, she brings a multitude of talents to all of our clients. In 2015 Renee was named President of Gabilan Chapter Kinship Center. She was a board member for Community Services Development Corporation for over 6 years. She was Past President of the San Benito County Association of Realtors. Renee was the 2007 recipient of the "Realtor of the Year Award." Renee believes in giving back to the Community she and her family reside in. Renee and John are both civic minded and support many local nonprofit organizations not only monetarily but through hard work. Renee and John also have also shared this vision with their son and daughter. As a family they have all participated in various events. They donated their time to prepare food for the local Thanksgiving Dinner as well as cut weeds or trimmed bushes for local sound walls. They have taken children in need shopping through Small Steps and many, many more activities to promote the wellbeing of others. Renee donates her time and expertise to numerous organizations including the Kinship Center and The Community Service Development Corporation.
