Welcome to University Orchard at Salisbury. Located a half mile from campus, we’re the area’s most convenient student apartment community!

Inside University Orchard, you’ll find an ultra-sleek, wireless clubhouse, with condo-style amenities, like a cutting-edge fitness center and group exercise room, with superior equipment found only in expensive gyms — complimentary for all residents!

Our clubhouse is open 24/7 — loaded with large flat-screen TVs, a tech center with computers, and even your own professional coffee machine – perfect for those all-nighters and early morning classes! Hang out and watch some sports, or crank up the music and play some video games… our clubhouse is an extension of YOUR living room, for you and all your friends!

Outside the clubhouse, you’ll find your own private resort — complete with large gas grills in our professional outdoor kitchen area. Watch a movie under the stars on one of our flat- screen TVs, or walk over to the open-air game room, complete with a professional pool table, ping pong, and lots of gaming stations.

Know anybody else at college with a resort-style pool? Now you can tell everyone on Facebook that YOU do… It’s like walking into your own personal haven! Break out the swimsuits and hop in the Jacuzzi, or bronze yourself on our tanning ledges — perfectly placed in a few inches of water to keep you cool as you soak in the sun. And what resort would be complete without an outdoor fire pit and fun games like bocce ball, ladder ball or our favorite, corn hole? Get a game started on our basketball court or professional sand volleyball court. Just remind your parents how hard you’re studying… they never had places like THIS to live when they went to school!

At University Orchard, you’ll live large in spacious, professionally designed residences. Natural light from your private balcony cascades into your apartment from all angles — showcasing your designer flooring, gourmet kitchen and appliance package, along with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as bedrooms with your own private bathroom and closets. Not bad for one of your first apartments!

Each of our units are equipped with a 47” LED 1080P HDTV & DVR in your living room! It’s included! Along with this, we also provide you with an amazing channel lineup, including 7 HBO channels, sports channels and a ton of other premium channels. We take television enjoyment to an entirely new level at University Orchard! No more using your smart phone to access the television guide.

You’ll sleep soundly on a full-size bed, complete with a rich, upgraded mattress. Your complete furniture package features a space-saving detached dresser that fits perfectly under your bed. Just pack your clothes and a toothbrush — we’ve covered the rest! We even have our own shuttle bus that takes our Orchard residents back and forth to campus daily…with plenty of space and even its own bathroom! It doesn’t get any more convenient than that!

And parents — you’ll love the fact that all of our apartments feature a full life-safety package, with overhead sprinklers, 24-hour monitoring, keyless entry doors, and well-lit common areas. Plus, we’re 100% committed to completing any work orders within 24 hours — which you can submit online through our secure resident community portal. There, you can also sign your lease, pay your rent, or connect directly with our staff… all without getting out of your PJs!
