Since our inception, we have produced millions of surveys and elevation certificates for national home builder icons, municipalities and federal/state program administrators such as DR Horton, Pulte, John Wieland Homes, the State of Texas and URS. Supported by state-of-the art technology, we are able to quickly mobilize crews to any market within hours. With the capacity and expertise to produce thousands of quality surveys on time every month, we have one of the fastest turnaround times in our industry.

Carter & Clark is a SBA certified Small Business WBE with considerable experience in disaster recovery program work.
Most recently, we completed over 20,000+ surveys and elevation certificate for the State of Texas and their sub-recipients in the CDBG Disaster Recovery Programs for Hurricanes Rita, Ike and Dolly. We are currently providing services for URS in the City of Galveston Round 1, Round 2 and SETPRC Round 2 programs.
