Saint Jude Retreats' program is a secular educational program that distances itself from the disease theory of addiction and traditional rehabs and 12 Step based treatment programs. Using the power of Cognitive Behavioral Learning (CBL) methodology with the science of neuroplasticity and substantiated independent research, CBL can help individuals to take control of their own thoughts, choices, and actions: learn and choose more productive behavioral patterns, and build a plan to their envisioned future as they discover how to adapt to setbacks, accomplish their personal goals and dreams, and, ultimately,find happiness in life.
