We welcome you to the Rusk County Electric Cooperative Facebook page.

The purpose of our page is to provide helpful information and matters of interest to Rusk County EC members and the community.

PLEASE NOTE: Any customer service issues that need immediate attention, such as power outages, should not be posted on Facebook because we cannot guarantee a timely response.

Please report power outages by calling (903) 657-4571. Any specific questions about your RCEC account or power bill should be handled in person or by phone.

Do not post any personal information. You risk your own security and privacy when you do this. Rusk County Electric Cooperative cannot guarantee that private information shared via Facebook will be protected.

Rusk County Electric Cooperative reserves the right to remove any post we feel is inappropriate, rude, or offensive or any negative feedback that is presented without constructive criticism. We will delete comments that contain vulgar language, or personal attacks of any kind.

We reserve the right to remove any unsolicited advertising and comments that include links to other sites; are clearly off topic, advocate illegal activity; promote particular services, products, or political organizations; or infringe on copyrights or trademarks.

Those who repeatedly post inappropriate content will be blocked from commenting on the page.
