The Sheriff's Office has an Investigator assigned to the DEA Task Force in Tyler, TX. The Upshur County Sheriff's Office is responsible for responding to all calls for assistance from the citizens of Upshur County, Investigating Criminal cases, housing all persons arrested in Upshur County, housing Federal Inmates, serving civil process, serving criminal warrants and providing security for the Courthouse and Justice Center.
