The professional staff of VHC is comprised of highly skilled project managers, detailers, field foremen and journeymen, service technicians, sales and support representatives that are among the most knowledgeable in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry.

Our COMPREHENSIVELY TRAINED and LICENSED technicians are SKILLED in providing your building or business with the most sophisticated and efficient commercial air conditioning systems and heating systems to ensure total functionality and satisfaction.

VHC values technological innovation, and invests in quality drafting systems. We use Autocad MEP 2009 as a basic drafting tool. Additionally, Quickpen’s Pipe Cad and Eastcoast Cad/Cam, both allow us to produce 3D shop, installation and fabrication drawings. We also utilize both of these programs for collision checking with BIM process.

Our field foreman and journeymen are GRADUATES of RIGOROUS 4 or 5 year APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING programs, and COMMIT to regular continuing education.

VHC maintains the highest of standards for our employees, and we reap the benefit of retaining such talented people. We boast that 1/3 of our employees have been with us for 10 or more years! Our PHILOSOPHY to promote from within puts strong emphasis on the PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT of our employees. Ninety percent of our current foremen and managers started with our company as apprentices.
