I am a dedicated professional who is very conscious of the responsibility you placed upon me. I strive to educate my clients so that they can make informed real estate decisions. My business and management experience go hand-in-hand with maintaining a service oriented approach. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, empty nesters, people relocating or sellers, I patiently guide my clients through this exciting and sometimes challenging period. My communication and attention to details throughout the real estate process results in client satisfaction that follows through long after the transaction is over. As a result, much of my business comes from repeat clients or referrals from past clients for which I am very grateful. I stay on top of the latest technologies since it constantly evolves and changes the way we do business, communicate and work market real estate. I earned the following designations Broker, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). I am also a member of the Chapel Hill Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Realtors, the Durham Regional Association of Realtors, and past president of the American Business Women’s Association- Chapel Hill Chapter. Being a long time resident in the area, I have volunteered for many years as a liaison on the Chapel Hill/Carrboro City Schools Special Needs Advisory Council and I also spend time at TABLE a non-profit organization serving Chapel Hill & Carrboro children at risk for hunger.
