Backyard Acres Company Information
General information
Backyard Acres was started in 2015 after learning that organic produce is significantly healthier and has less negative behavioral side effects on children. The thought that it's too expensive to eat organic was overwhelming so the decision to grow our own started but soon it snowballed into a desire to share this transformation journey with others. The Goal is to progress into a fully functional C.S.A that connects the community with locally organic grown produce. Including an on-site allergy free deli with a community certified kitchen that can host classes to teach topics like shopping for organic's, canning, gluten-free, or making homemade soaps and lotions and much more!
These are all ideas in the making but I have to start somewhere and so for now it's my backyard. I will be posting items available as they come into season on our Front Porch Produce Stand.
