Tula Wellness Power Hour
Not sure about a Health Coach? Not ready to commit to a 90-day program? The Power Hour will give you some hard facts to help you get a realistic idea of where you’re at, and a clear picture of where you want to be.You can take this information and run with it! You will leave with your BMI, body fat percentage, body measurements, weight, and accurate resting metabolic rate. In the power session, we explore ways that you can influence these numbers and become a leaner, healthier, happier version of yourself.

90-DAY Health Transformation
Step into the best version of yourself. The key to success is having the right system, support, and accountability. This is where having a Health Coach can be invaluable. This is NOT a diet! Diet mentality is based on deprivation. You get quick-fix results because you’re able to deprive yourself for a temporary period of time. Eventually, this method falls apart and despite all your hard work you gain the weight back. Learn how to take charge of your health, your goals, and your happiness during your weekly sessions with your Health Coach. By the end of 90-days, you will not only look and feel better; you will have established healthier habits, without even realizing it. This program is customized to you and your goals about health, fitness, and overall lifestyle. Take charge and change your life forever!

Salon Tula:
With a focus on customized cutting and creative coloring, you will leave feeling happy, balanced, and confident that you can duplicate the look when you get home. As an experienced stylist, I love the precision of classic cuts and the edginess of fun new trends. It's especially exciting finding that perfect balance of cut and color to create exciting and manageable looks for all hair types and lengths.

I have 15 years experience as a stylist and have worked as an Educator for both KEVIN.MURPHY and Aveda. Working hard to stay abreast of the latest styles and techniques, I continue to participate in advanced education courses with Global Professionals. My background also includes corporate work, yoga instructor, artistic endeavors such as painting, and performing as a musician. This broad base of experience and natural creativity has allowed me to develop a very well- rounded and versatile approach to each client. In addition, I encourage open communication through the consultation process to ensure that your expectations are exceeded.
