Here at the Center for Physical Excellence, we specialize in helping people achieve major transformations one step at a time. Our motivational and positive attitude will help you attain your personal physical goals through direct, hands-on, therapeutic treatments and training techniques. We have two locations, one in Prescott, and one in Prescott Valley.

Our facility is the only Private Practice Physical Therapy office in this area with a separate wellness center utilized for pre-operative care and education, wellness training and fitness services. The wellness center is fully equipped for any fitness need with free weights, Cybex equipment, Cardio/Endurance training equipment and specialized equipment for post-physical therapy exercise programs. Each of our clients is provided a two week membership to the wellness center upon completion of their physical therapy care. This setting provides an excellent transition to independent self care and maintenance/enhancement of health and overall wellbeing of our clients.

Center for Physical Excellence has a highly educated and caring staff of experts to help you reach your goals.

We employ 9 licensed physical therapists, 8 of which have earned their Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. This facility is a site for post-graduate education and mentorship programs offered to Physical Therapists across the United States. Currently 4 physical therapists working at Center for Physical Excellence are engaged in a post-graduate certification program in Orthopedic Manual Therapy.
