The Purple Cat carries gently used books and audio books. Our best sellers are paperbacks of all different types from mysteries & romances to westerns & science fiction. In addition, we have a great selection of biographies, history, inspiration and children's books, to name a few categories. Just for fun, we also sell 3-D bookmarks, pretty book bags and coin purses, and gorgeous artwork from four local artists. We are a friendly shop & look forward to seeing you!
Meet the Business Owner
Shari has been an avid reader for as long as she can remember. Approximately a bajillion years ago, she managed a bookshop in Sun City. Most recently Shari owned Taxtime, a tax accounting business, in Prescott, for 17 years. She retired from that in 2012, then happily un-retired to open The Purple Cat in early 2016.
Shari enjoys talking with people about books or practically anything! She looks forward to meeting you.
