General information

Today is so beautiful! The perfect fall day -- the trees are turning, there are beautiful colors everywhere, yet it is still warm enough to be comfortable in a light shirt and sweats, and so I embarked on my morning walk. Little did I know how much I was going to be blessed with the sight of nature. It seems like everything wants to take advantage of these beautiful days to be active. I was only a few minutes into my walk when an albino squirrel crossed my path. Of course in folklore all white animals have significance -- spirituality and good fortune. So I felt blessed! And continued my walk... A few minutes later I caught a glimpse of a bald eagle in the sky and was pleased to see the majestic bird making it's living in my neighborhood. Then I thought I saw a second form a little higher in the sky and as it wheeled down I realized it was a second eagle. Then a third shape came into view and it was a hawk. Usually, when you see a hawk with eagles they're squabbling over prey and territory, but this one was just making the same lazy swooping pattern as the eagles, and they all seemed to be getting along just fine. I choose to see this as a sign of abundance and harmony, and will carry it through my day, into my session work with clients and all my interactions today.
