ART® – Active Release Technique:
I am certified in ART® – Active Release Technique, a patented, state-of-the-art massage and stretching technique that treats problems with overused muscles, tendons and nerves. ART® is a specialized treatment and resolution for back pain, carpal tunnel, shin splints, shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, and knee problems, just to name a few.

Physical Therapy:
Our Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainers can help you recover from an injury and avoid future injury. They can also help you reduce pain in the soft tissue (muscle, tendons, and ligaments), build strength, and improve flexibility, function, and range of motion. You will also be evaluated how you do an activity and make suggestions for doing the activity in a way that is less likely to result in an injury.

Functional movement screening (FMS) and Personal Training:
This exercise philosophy allows me to identify someone who may have functional limitations and asymmetries. These issues can reduce the effects of proper training and conditioning. The goal is to restore proper movement and build strength in each individual with spine and core strengthening treatments.

Sports Massage
We also provide therapeutic massage and rehabilitation therapies for endurance athletes and those with chronic medical conditions via the use of various massage and bodywork techniques.

I use a non-invasive treatment and prevention approach for chiropractic care of the musculoskeletal system. Treatment begins with a chiropractic health evaluation and may include physical therapy, spinal manipulation, an exercise program, nutritional advice, orthotics, lifestyle modification and additional education as required to improve your general health and mobility.

Rehabilitation Care:
My goal is to return you to living your physically active
lifestyle with new knowledge and skills to prevent re-injury. Treatments may include: hot and cold therapy, massage therapy, manual therapy, joint mobilization, exercise for stretching or strengthening, balance and coordination exercises, gait training, and specific skills as needed to improve and restore your daily function.

Dr. Jeff Berard Owner and Clinic Director has practiced as a Chiropractic Physician for the past 16 years. His family relocated to Midland, to his wife’s hometown, from South Florida where he owned and operated 3 Chiropractic and Sports Rehab Clinics and now are heavily involved in the Midland community and surrounding, "we are excited to a part of a values-driven and sports focused community".

Dr. Berard personally offers traditional Chiropractic treatments, known as spinal adjustments, but focuses more on other highly sought after specialized techniques that yield phenomenal results - one of them being Active Release Technique (A.R.T.).
