SG Lettings is an independent lettings and property management business that specialises in the growing market for shared housing for working professionals. We also offer a range of housing and accommodation for higher education students, and continue to provide our services to the students of the Manchester Metropolitan University Cheshire Campus, here in Crewe.

For Tenants: We provide room rentals in shared housing in the town of Crewe. The town is growing at a fast pace with more job opportunities as more businesses are relocating here. With one of the UK’s major train junctions Crewe is become an ever popular University Town with Manchester Metropolitan University locating a campus here and South Cheshire college is expanding with further education options and its new Bentley Motors Training Facility.

So whether your a working professional looking for a short term accommodation, a Full-time Student or a LHA tenant we can provide accommodation.

For Landlords: As a niche lettings business we have developed the systems, processes and procedures to manage properties that other lettings agents wouldn’t. In fact we work with other mainstream letting agents to offer our services in this specialist market.

Despite the co-owners of the business having over 15 years of property investment and property management experience, we still have the energy, enthusiasm and drive to continually grow and develop our business.
