General information
Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust provides physical and mental health and social care with the aim of improving the health and well-being of all our patients and their families.
We currently run eight community hospitals in Oxfordshire, as well as providing mental health services in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and elsewhere.
We also work in partnership with others such as GPs, local universities, local authorities and voluntary organisations.
If you or someone you care for needs to be admitted to hospital your care will be co-ordinated by a team of people and as close to home as possible. Our aim is always to work with you and your family to get you home as soon as you are well enough and continue to support you there.
