General information

In most of the architectural discussions architecture is referred to (or implied) with a capital 'A'. What does not come across are the processes that go behind the making of it, making sense of each decision that 'builds' it. What lies hidden are the silent vowels and the lower case consonants.

At jmadc we believe that all built environment should not only be sensitive to the site, context and program, but the means and processes of arriving at an appropriate architecture are the key to this sensitivity. Through this platform, we intend to share the processes exploring various aspects of design, construction, materials, details, people, trades that help us achieve the quality of built environment we strive for. We look forward to sharing our explorations and lessons with the intention of generating a feedback.
