Our parent company H.K. construction was set up in the year 1965 by late Shree Harshvadan Hathisingh Shah in Ahmedabad. Until 1965 the construction industry in Ahmedabad was an unorganized sector and we were the first to revolutionise the construction industry in Ahmedabad in terms of professionalism, quality, legality and integrity. It was the first to introduce the concept of row houses and high rises in the state of Gujarat, with Jai Shefali row house at Shivranjani and Kothawala flats at Paldi In 1992 Risha Projects came into existence under the aegis of his son Shree Jigen Shah. With Kothawal flats at Paldi to Brooklyn tower on S.G. road, Risha Projects continues with the legacy of being a company committed to giving only the very best to it’s clients.
