General information

Competent Group created the dream homes for our customers through various projects namely, carnation home (civil lines), classic Home (Civil Lines), Classic Green (D. D. Puram), Sai Residency (Rajendra Nagar) with in a record period of 10-20 months. One of the feather on the head of Competent Group is “Camphor Estate” where we built 295 units which proved to be grand success for the company. We have recently completed an ultra modern luxurious project named competent pride (Prem Nagar).

During the decade of 70-80 Bareilly was known to the industrial hub but sooner ot later that all were vanished. In order to revive the industrial culture back, Competent Group launched a project in year 2014 called Competent Indutrial Park. Most of the Real Estate groups tend to have distance from such project because they are less profitable but it the vision of Mr. Bipin Agarwal that serving the city is our duty. And its proved to be one of the landmark project of western U.P.
