Gurtam was founded in 2002 by a group of developers who worked on the AtlantSatellite complex tracking system engineered for Minsk office of International Automobile Holding “Atlant-M”. Since then the company has been mainly engaged in the development of GPS-based tracking and fleet management systems. The company's expertise in creating GPS tracking software solutions is built on the experience gained through the cooperation with different businesses and organizations. For example, in August 2009 Gurtam signed mutually beneficial agreement with such international top industry leader as Oracle. Since that moment Gurtam has been the member of Oracle PartnerNetwork.
Today Wialon, a fleet management platform created by Gurtam, is used by 950 solution providers in more than 130 countries and enables end-user businesses across different markets to track over 1 100 000+ assets combined.
