Our Coffee Roasting Process
BRU Coffee Roasters roast small batches of coffee with the traditional drum roaster style, but with the difference of placing focus on the roasting temperature and also on the age-old practice of trusting the sight, smell and sound. Our main priority is making sure the natural sugars of the bean are perfectly caramelized so you never have a bitter cup.
