The shop and bakery use of local produce means that not only can we can control the quality but we can also minimise the food miles attached to the produce. Our approach allows us to concentrate on seasonal foods as well. The sheep are all pedigree Lleyns. Our organic grass and clover pastures mean they produce delicious succulent lamb. The beef is produced on the farm and the beef is produced from Longhorn or Longhorn cross cowsl. The Longhorn is a native local breed which is extremely docile and produces beef of exceptional quality.
