General information

We own or manage nearly 9,000 homes in the south west, which are home to more than 16,000 people. Most of these properties are in South Gloucestershire but we also have homes in Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset. Our vision is to be "a world class organisation providing homes in communities people aspire to live in”.
Between now and 2019 we aim to build many more homes within a 20 mile radius of our head office in Chipping Sodbury.
We are a not-for-profit organisation run by a Board of 14 members made up of residents, South Gloucestershire Councillors and independent members.
We are a member of PlaceShapers, a national network of more than 100 community-focused housing associations. Placeshapers' members own and manage more than 725,000 homes and provide services to more than two million people. Find out more at www.placeshapers.org
