昭和４１年１１月 澱粉製造の一方で、漬物製造に着手
昭和４６年 ８月 有限会社道本澱粉製造所を道本食品株式会社に社名変更、組織変更
昭和５７年１０月 代表取締役に道本保之就任
昭和６０年 ８月 出荷量４,４２０ｔを達成
平成 ４年 ７月 本社工場がJAS（日本農林規格）認定を受ける
平成１３年１１月 代表取締役に道本英之就任
住吉工場を統合し、 本社工場に生産拠点を一本化する
平成１４年 ９月 工場整備５カ年計画開始
平成１６年１２月 ISO９００１：２０００（品質マネジメントシステム規格）を認証取得（九州たくあん業界初）
平成１９年 ５月 本社工場がJASの再認定を受ける
平成２３年 ３月 第３２回食品産業優良企業等表彰式にて農林水産大臣賞を受賞
平成２４年１１月 宮崎中小企業大賞にて表彰される
