Apart from ISO 9001 certified company YAC is actively working on lean manufacturing reducing the cost and attaining the world class quality through state of art manufacturing facility.
We are equipped with modern design room with CAD/CAM facility, Vertical machining centre’s, CMM, CNC turning lathe, cylindrical grinder to support foundry & machine shop with die moulds, jigs & fixture.
Our foundry is equipped with two induction furnaces, centrifugal casting machines, four station shell moulding machine, core shooters for cylinders and twin cavity semi automatic die casting machines for pistons. Sophisticated special purpose Machines, CNC Machines for Machinnig Pistons & Cylinders are used.
