Restore your old and worn lacquered or varnished wooden floors with the new Chimiver Velurex Re-Pair Matt | Polyurethane Resin Wood Floor Polish. A heavy duty cream like water based wood floor polish suitable for recoating wooden floors. The product will fill up small scratches, dull patches and rough patches. It can be applied with a flat mopping system over a clean and dry wood varnished floor. It will refinish the wood floor in a cool matt finish. There is no need for sanding at all. The product is 100% fume free, non yellowing and very durable. Highly recommended for high traffic areas.

The new Chimiver Velurex Re-Pair Matt | Polyurethane Resin Wood Floor Polish is compatible with all real wood floors & surfaces that were sealed with a water based or a solvent based floor lacquer. So if your floor was sealed with one of these two products listed above, then you are good to go. For the wood floor polish to attach to the surface and to restore the original look, the surface has to be spotless, dry and grease free. A deep clean should be the first job. Dilute 1 to 20 in warm water some Chimiver Velurex Star Wood Floor Cleaner and deep clean the wood surface. Even if the wood looks spotless, there might be patches of grease or body fats that could stop the wood floor polish from attaching to the wood surface properly. Use as little water as possible and allow the wood to fully dry before polishing it.

The easiest and fastest way of applying the wood floor polish is in conjunction with a flat mopping system and a short hair microfiber flat mop head. You can also use a varnishing roller, a brush, a cloth or some kind of applicator. Either way, the floor has to be fully covered with a thick coat of wood floor polish.

1. Pour some wood floor polish on the floor and move up and down the fiber of the wood
2. The wood floor polish is self leveling so only use the flat mopping system to spread it evenly

Do not polish dirty or wet surfaces. Do not use the product over oiled or waxed floors. Do not use it for outdoor polishing jobs. Do not mix it with any other wood floor polish. Do not apply it over polished porcelain tiles. Keep it away from children and pets. Make sure to have enough product to cover the whole floor once you have started.
