Ammeraal Beltech’s new one-inch pitch uni QNB Ball Belt, featuring uni QNB links and a design approach that delivers outstanding performance, was created in direct response to customer demand for excellence and longer service life in multidirectional conveyance. The star features of this belt are the 1,550 roller balls per square meter that can be controlled by the separate auxiliary synthetic belts running under the conveyor belt, affording great directional control. The belt's integrated design, with the balls built directly into the links, means that the tensile strength of the belt is nearly two and a half times that of the competition.

The range of movement that this system offers is exceptional; products can be sorted, diverted, rejected, turned, repositioned and spaced correctly in relation in one another with maximum efficiency, without guiderails and little to no risk of product snag. What's more, the belt's closed-top construction prevents dirt or other contaminants from impeding full ball motion, which cuts down on maintenance costs and performance hitches.
