In line with PT Askes (Persero) transformation into the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) of Health, Mandiri Inhealth was acquired by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk and PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero). by obtaining a business license in the field of Life Insurance Based on a letter from the Minister of Finance Number KEP-38 / KM.10 / 2009. The acquisition also provides access to a broader corporate market and the ability to expand the healthcare provider's infrastructure to support managed care schemes.
